Although most iPage company marketing focuses on the super-low rate of $3.50 per month, it’s necessary to note that that rate requires a 3-year (36 months @ $3.50 = $126.00) commitment. While that’s exceptional value for the money, it’s easily too much of a commitment for most first-timers. The very good news is that the month-by-month rate is only $4.50 ( at time of iPage review ) , so if you try it and love , $130.50 for 37 months is still an incredible offer. iPage company also offers you a $4.25 per month rate with a One year commitment, but if you’re ready to do an one year, you might as well do three. iPage company also provides an anytime money back guarantee that lets you opt out of any commitment, which I’ll talk more about in the Performance & Reliability section.
The nicest aspect of iPage’s costs structure is that there are no hidden fees. For $4.50 (or $4.25 or $3.50) , you get a free domain name , unlimited storage space , unlimited bandwidth , unlimited email accounts , databases , built-in site-building tools , a security suite , an online store and even free advertising credits for both Facebook and Yahoo ! . Better yet, iPage company is green and 100% powered by wind energy. There are some extras offered , such as domain privacy costs $8.99/year, automated backup at $12.95/year and a wide range of directory and traffic services provided at various rates.
iPage has to deliver top-notch performance and uptime. After all , web masters would like to spend a little more for that confidence and peace of mind. A red flag was that iPage company did not actively market their uptime. But upon further investigation, I discovered that they have maintained a fantastic 99.96% uptime over the last six years , and I did not knowledge any issues at all during the assessment period. Most importantly, they provide an anytime cash back guarantee. If you opt out in the first month , they refund 100% , and if you opt out after that , they prorate the refund. That puts the three year commitment in a completely new light.
Another aspect that sets iPage company aside from many webhosts is that they contain 24/7 customer help support in their basic package. But how great is that help support? Well, in order to put it to the ipage hosting , I contacted them through the on site live chat system , and I was pleasantly amazed when the system connected me to a support agent almost immediately. To gauge the support, I questioned them where their servers were placed , what the limitations on email attachments were and what choices I had if I wanted to modify the .htaccess file. The response time and thoroughness was impressive on every question , and the agent even explained concisely how I could use the .htaccess editor built directly into the iPage control panel.

Getting in contact with iPage won't be a trouble
The control panel (vDeck) at iPage company looks a little bit different than what I’m used to - but in a good way. I think it’s even cleaner and simpler to usage than many of the other control panels. It easily looks more up to date.
All the important points are here and this one’s good for everybody. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to webhosting or if you’ve working as a webmaster for ten years.
iPage company is a near-perfect webhosting for small to medium-sized web sites that don’t plan to grow much beyond that point. If your web site fits the bill, then you’re not going to discover many hosts that are more cost-efficient or provide customer support that is as comprehensive and as available as the iPage group is. iPage hosting does go the extra mile, which is unusual for a hosting this inexpensive. One advice: Although iPage company does let you to opt out of the 3 years contract, doing so involves a process. The process is fair, but we’d avoid it if need be, and instead, opt for the $4.50 first month for demo purposes.
Amazingly low rates , great customer support , friendly support staff , industry leading technology and Click Installs of WordPress & Other CMS .
No major complaints though , Some people Love Vdeck (their custom panel) and say it is really easy to use but I am a fan of cPanel .
